It is also used to treat high blood pressure, helping to lower strain on the heart and improve overall circulation. Dyamide Plus 10/50 Tablet contains two active ingredients Torasemide and Spironolactone,that work together to manage edema and high blood pressure . Torasemide, a diuretic, helps the kidneys eliminate extra salt and water, reducing swelling and lowering blood pressure. Spironolactone, a potassium-sparing diuretic, prevents excessive potassium loss while also helping remove excess fluid. Together, they help treat conditions like fluid buildup (edema) without causing major electrolyte imbalances.
