Encorate 500mg Tablet is a medicine used mainly to treat epilepsy (seizures) and sometimes bipolar disorder and migraine prevention. It contains sodium valproate, which works by increasing the levels of a neurotransmitter called gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. This helps to reduce the abnormal electrical activity that causes seizures and other neurological problems such as bipolar disorder, and migraines.

Side effects :-
Common side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, weight gain, nausea, tremors, and hair loss.. If these side effects persist or worsen, consult your doctor.
Avoid taking this tablet if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from kidney, liver, or heart disease. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking this medicine.
