Gemer Dapa XR 10MG/1MG/500MG is an extended-release antidiabetic combination tablet used in adults to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus by lowering high blood sugar levels.It contains three active components Dapagliflozin,Glimepiride ,Metformin,Collectively, these help improve blood sugar control more effectively than a single agent alone.Each component helps lower blood glucose in a different way,Dapagliflozin increases urinary glucose excretion.Glimepiride encourages the pancreas to release more insulin. Metformin (XR) decreases glucose made by the liver and increases how the body uses insulin. The extended-release (XR) form provides a steady release over time to improve tolerance and glycemic control.
