Cyblex MV 80.3 mg Tablet is a combination medication used primarily to manage Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. It is prescribed when blood sugar levels are not adequately controlled by diet, exercise, and single-drug therapy alone. it is a combination of Gliclazide, Metformin, and Voglibose, which belongs to a group of medicines called Antidiabetic agents.Voglibose prevents the breakdown of complex sugars into simple sugars such as glucose. Gliclazide acts by increasing the insulin released by the pancreas. Metformin acts by lowering the glucose production in the liver, delaying glucose absorption from the intestines, and increasing the body’s response to insulin.
