Dianorm M Tablet is an oral anti-diabetic medicine used to manage Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus when diet, exercise, and single-drug therapy are not enough to control blood sugar levels.It contains Gliclazide and Metformin, which work together to improve blood sugar control. Gliclazide helps by stimulating the pancreas to release more insulin, which lowers blood glucose especially after meals. Metformin works by reducing glucose production in the liver, decreasing sugar absorption from the intestine, and improving the body’s sensitivity to insulin.
