Duoclear 2.5ml Pack Of 5 Respules contain two active ingredients:
-
Levosalbutamol (1.25 mg): This is a short-acting beta-2 agonist that stimulates the beta-2 receptors in the lungs. When these receptors are stimulated, the smooth muscles surrounding the airways relax, allowing the airways to widen and making breathing easier.
-
Ipratropium bromide (500 mcg): This is an anticholinergic agent that blocks the action of acetylcholine on muscarinic receptors in the airways. By preventing acetylcholine from binding to these receptors, it stops the narrowing of airways and promotes bronchodilation (widening of the airways).
