Duolin 3 respules is a combination prescription medication used to manage symptoms of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) by relaxing and widening the airways with its two active ingredients, Ipratropium Bromide and Levosalbutamol. Administered as a sterile solution via inhalation using a nebulizer, this medication works synergistically to ease breathing difficulties like shortness of breath and wheezing, the usual recommended adult & children more than 12 years dose is one respule (3ml) every 6–8 hours, while children under 12 years can also use the same dosage under strict medical guidance.

Side effects :-
Common side effects such as headache, sore throat, dry mouth, runny or stuffy nose, nausea and vomiting. If these side effects persist or worsen, consult your doctor.
Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from kidney, liver, or heart disease. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking this medicine.
