This combination drug contains Teneligliptin (a DPP-4 inhibitor) and Metformin (a biguanide).Metformin acts by decreasing liver glucose production and intestinal glucose uptake. On the other hand, Teneligliptin increases the insulin levels in the body and reduces the glucagon levels. Together, Dynaglipt-M Tablet helps treat type 2 diabetes.
