Gemer Sita IR 50mg/1000mg/2mg is a prescription combination medication used primarily to manage Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. it is a triple-drug fixed-dose combination designed for the management of Type 2 Diabetes. It consists of Sitagliptin (50mg), a DPP-4 inhibitor that increases insulin secretion and suppresses glucagon release; Metformin (500mg), a biguanide that inhibits hepatic glucose production and improves peripheral insulin sensitivity; and Glimepiride (1mg), a third-generation sulfonylurea that directly stimulates the pancreas to release insulin.
