How Rosawal As 10/75 Capsule 10 Works?
Rosawal As 10/75 Capsule 10 combines two active ingredients:
- Aspirin (75 mg): Aspirin halts an enzyme known as cyclooxygenase (COX), which usually aids in producing thromboxane A2. Thromboxane A2 encourages blood clotting and narrows blood vessels. By blocking COX, aspirin prevents blood clots that could potentially block arteries and cause heart attacks or strokes.
- Rosuvastatin (10 mg): This belongs to a class of medicines known as statins. It selectively and competitively blocks HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme responsible for cholesterol production in your body. As a result, it reduces LDL (“bad”) cholesterol production effectively.
